In preparation for the 2023 summer program IJS is looking to hire one or two experienced sailing instructors, preferably holding US Sailing Level 1 certification.  Successful candidates will ideally have teaching/coaching experience with young sailors.  The hourly pay rates are competitive with no employee benefits offered.  The jobs would be during June, July and August at IJS’s operations located at the Ipswich Bay Yacht Club.  If interested, please email Peter Twining at [email protected] or call 978-412-4412 and leave us a message.
